This project takes my breath away. Zaffy of opusanglicanum says modestly that she created a “replica of a large piece of medieval embroidery done entirely in naturally dyed wools and silk.” The detail of this work is astonishing. Go to her blog post for an image you can click to enlarge. And scroll back through her blog to enjoy not only the development of this project but also the creation of many other fascinating needleworks.
