I’ve always loved folkloric woven textiles, never considered that I might be able to create woven textiles myself. Woven Treasures sounds like it would be a wonderful place to begin learning, mastering the fundamentals of weaving and moving forward with this ancient process to craft contemporary woven treasures. Thanks, Nikki

Such a lovely picture. I have wanted to weave for forever. My son wove at the living history museum on a floor loom..rugs. But even though I have looms I seem to be afraid to use them… Possible mistake I suppose.

I would truly benefit from this book.

This looks like a great book. I am a fiber artist who creates multi media wearable art and I think this would be a great book to learn both history and techniques.
