beSharonB knows everything! Well, it seems that way to me. In yesterday’s post, her Pin Tangle blog pointed us to the site of the Dimensional Embroidery International Guild, Inc., and a wealth of free Brazilian-embroidery patterns. Get the links and the lowdown from SharonB’s post.

I laughed when I read your ‘sharon b knows everything’ statement my reaction was … that’s nice for the ego but with no false modesty I can honestly say I still have heaps and heaps to learn and try

    Hi,
I’m Annetjie. I am living in South Africa, and looking for a book named: The Art of dimensional embroidery by Maria A Freitas.
Is it possible that you have something like this available in your shop?
I’m looking forward to hear from you.
    Have a lovely day.

Hi, Swetha! Look over at the navigation bar on the left side of the page. You’ll find a link under “Embroidery” to “Brazilian.” Click the link to see all the stories posted on this blog about Brazilian embroidery, including any free patterns we may have mentioned.

    Thanks so much for commenting!

Hi Annetjie, I was just in So. Africa. I love Capetown. I am here in California.
I have relatives in Namibia. I am just now learning how to do Braziliann Embroidery. I had my first lesson last week. I will continue to pursue this craft. I do enjoy it. I will see if I can find that book.
