Over at Nuts About Needlepoint Janet has been posting some tips and topics from the archives and this one caught my eye because I had never considered it. She suggests that if you are looking for an unusual way to create a background for your needlepoint project, you should consider using sheer fabric such as chiffon, lame, organdy, or net. Janet explains how to use fabric in her post with many tips for achieving success. Go check it out.
