Deepa of This and That blog has found a new website full of free Indian hand-embroidery designs. Deepa says,

It is a virtual treasurehouse of typical Indian designs. You can find designs classified according to state as well as region. Within each category there are patterns for textile printing, embroidery, wall hanging ,wall paintings, etc.
