Craft Gossip

Pink Ribbons are popular with anyone involved in Breast Cancer Awareness, and I came across this pattern while seeking out some brooch ideas for our local support group.

Lenore English has published this pattern on her website making it free for personal use.

Of course you can alter the color to represent other Awareness groups making it a very versatile tatting project.

There are a few different designs available, but the rings only one is my favorite.

For a full list of lenores free patterns visit her webiste .

Don’t know what Tatting is ? check it out on wikipedia

I am also editing this post to feature yet another adorable pink ribbon tatting project from Tatmom.com

I am always looking for new tatting projects, especially ones that are free.

I am going to make some of these for AIDS relief .

Tatting is a Great Needlework topic that gets overlooked. Thank you for addressing tatting.

It’s nice that we’ve taken tatting from our table decor and found so many new and creative uses for it.
