You want this cherry-blossom brooch, don’t you. Good news: Star-Shaped and Shiny shows us how to make it. The process is simple, requiring only beginning embroidery skills. (In fact, you could skip the embroidery altogether if you’re in a hurry or not in the mood.) The tutorial uses a lot of photos, so I think even a young one could make this project. An added treat: When I scrolled to the bottom of the post, I saw a version made with red felt — poinsettias!
