Did I ever tell you the story of the Christmas tree in France? When I saw the Christmas tree in the French village square, I was struck by how beautiful it was. Each ornament had a beautiful cross-stitch design on it, made by the women in the local township. It was a beautiful way to remember the townspeople who had passed away over the past decade or so.
I was inspired to create a similar ornament in honor of my loved ones who have passed away. Using crafts to help others in the community is a beautiful way to remember those we have lost and to connect with them in a special way. Thank you, Christmas tree, for reminding me of the special bonds we can create through crafts.
