This beautiful evergreen tree punch needle pattern caught my eye right away. It is not an extremely difficult design, and uses various shades of green to give it a lovely look. I particularly liked the type of yarn the maker used. It gives the tree such a cozy and soft look.
The designer, Lesley Hill, even provides instructions on turning the finished canvas into a small throw pillow. Of course, the tree does not have to be made into a pillow. It would look nice as a wall hanging as well. Near the end of the tutorial are some links to some of her other patterns and there are some super cute ones to choose from.
This tree is simply stunning, and would look lovely displayed during the holidays or any time of the year.
Measuring about 9″ tall, it is not a large piece. The downloadable pdf pattern can be printed in any size, so the tree can be made larger or smaller. Detailed instructions and gorgeous step-by-step photos of the entire process are included. You will also find a detailed supply list and some yarn recommendations.
