Susan Eliott gives us a glimpse of the exquisite art of Kirsten Chursinoff. Her embroidery of sea life at low tide is fascinating, particularly when displayed next to the real-life images that were the inspiration. Kirsten has a show in Vancouver, BC, Canada, in June. If you’re in that neighborhood, be sure to check it out and report back. (I’ll try to restrain my jealousy.) Find out more from Susan’s blog post, including a link to Kirsten’s blog. I’ll definitely be bookmarking this one!
