It’s in Russian and Chrome couldn’t translate. I did copy and paste the words into Google Translate, on another tab, and got the instructions. There isn’t much there, instruction wise. Here is the url. Scroll till you find the sunflowers. I will paste the translations for you. They were above each image that she posted. Hope this helps. Wish I could embroider…let alone what she has done!! Lol.

Embroidery ribbons are now at the peak of fashion, they can embroider cushions, bags, create real creative pictures from them. Embroidered sunflowers can decorate any house, bring in the sun’s warmth and brightness of colors.
In order to embroider sunflowers with ribbons it is necessary:
On the fabric put a marker (a piece of soap) pattern, you can arrange flowers in a bouquet or a wreath
Then prepare the ribbon of two shades of yellow and begin to embroider:
The main thing is not to allow the ribbon to twist, or to pull it too tight.
For the core of the sunflower, we prepare two bands of different shades of brown (one dark, the other lighter). The middle of the flower is embroidered in small stitches:
The leaves of the sunflower are embroidered with wider bands, and they should be of different shades of green (you can take three colors). And to make a stem, then the tape needs to be transfigured:
