Lighthouse Lacers of southeastern Wisconsin created lace ornaments to decorate a five-foot Christmas tree, which they are donating to the Hospice Alliance for its annual raffle, and it is expected to earn as much as US$ 1,500 for the charity. A post by Marilee of Yarnplayer’s Tatting blog notes, “Donations of handmade lace ornaments from non-member lacemakers are gratefully accepted. See the Lighthouse Lacers website for contact information.” Put your lace-making skills to work for this excellent cause.
