Another beautiful combo from SharonB

This stitch combination is rich yet elegantly simple. SharonB of Pin Tangle blog stitched the sample in her For the Love of Stitching band sampler.  She says,

This band of stitching is made up of row of herringbone stitch which is overlapped with chevron stitch.  On the top bar of the chevron stitch I have ‘rose buds’ worked in bullion stitch with a fly stitch base.
