Watch the evolution of a CQ block

Susan Elliott of Plays with Needles lets us watch over her shoulder as she crazy quilts a block. The first step: She has added simple seam treatments over the entire block. She says,

I am not yet sure which seams I’ll want to emphasize/enhance and which seams I will want to retreat or minimize. By waiting to layer the seam treatments, I leave my options open as the piece progresses.
