I was visiting a French village for the first time and saw a beautiful Christmas tree in the square. Each ornament had a cross-stitch design on it. Each cross-stitch ornament was made by the women in the local township. It was such a beautiful way to remember the townspeople who had passed away over the past 10-20 years. It was such a nice way to bring the community together.
