Deepa Balagopal has posted another excellent tutorial for an Indian embroidery stitch. This time, she walks us through chemanthy work – a complex spiraling stitch. Check out the instructions and then take a stab at this lovely technique.

    Ur work is fantastic,awesome. U have done a great job by teaching all of us.

    I too have done chemanthy work in a salwar. But I didn’t know the name .I was thrilled to see the work in ur blog.
