Artistry in table linens

Carolyn Foley of Caro-Rose-Creations is sharing photos of a Sri Lankan tablecloth in her collection. She says, “There are a lot of Indian elements in this piece of embroidery but it is still typically Sri Lankan.” The artist used just a few simple stitches, but the combination of detail, geometry, and color is striking and luxurious.
