I love this idea. I can’t wait to surprise my husband with a cross stitch version of his Harley.

Years ago, I stitched my husband’s motorcycle in applique. The black metal was worked in black leather, chrome was silver gilt leather and the spokes were stitched in couching. Because his bike was a suzuki, a fairing was required. The “windshield was created in clear plastic. Sequince which was altered to resemble the reflectors and lights finished the bike. If you would like to see the finished product, please look at stitchinsuzi.com. You will find it on the home page.
