Blackwork’s cousin Kasuti

Hannah of enbrouderie introduces us to another ethnic stitching tradition. She says,

Kasuti is a type of embroidery from Karnataka, India. Like blackwork, it is geometric and worked in double running stitch. However, it is traditionally very brightly colored.
