Connie G. Thomas, editor of About.com’s cross-stitch blog, has posted a series of free, printable patterns for creating cross-stitch cards. What could be more personal than a greeting lovingly stitched by your own hands? Connie also suggests that some of her small seasonal patterns would make good card embellishments, too. And if you use one of Connie’s designs on a card, be sure to upload a photo of your creation to About.com’s cross-stitch photo album.
