We love finding new embroidery designs to try, so we were excited to find these new designs just for you!

We found these designs by combing through popular embroidery forums and websites. We wanted designs that would be fun and easy to follow, but also look great on your project.

We hope you enjoy these designs as much as we do!

Embroidery is a centuries-old art form that can be enjoyed by anyone. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced embroiderer, there are handpicked embroidery designs to try out.

We found these new designs by searching for the latest released pattern. We chose designs that were both easy to follow and stylish. We hope you enjoy trying out these new designs as much as we did!

(1) Ajiro Sashiko pattern from Royce’s Hub

(2) Needles and Pins from The Painted Quilt

(3) Five motifs from Broderie d’Antan

(4) May All Your Weeds be Wildflowers from Red Brolly (includes needlekeep pattern)

(Unfortunately, Bronwyn passed away and her blog is no longer active, and whilst we did drive traffic to her blog for some time it is now redirecting to something completely different. We have used web archive to capture her original post and original design)

(5) Do Your Best from Hudson’s Holidays

(6) Dog Tags digital stamp suitable for embroidery from Digi Ditto (via CraftGossip’s stamping blog)

(7) Snail Applique Block from Wee Folk Art

(8) Spiral flower from Shawkl

(9) Shhh from Wild Olive

(10) Vintage rose from Yesteryear Embroideries

(11) Sun (two versions) from Shawkl Have you ever attempted to sew a beautiful miniature sun…complete with rays? I know I have, and it’s difficult to design a pattern with all those rays exactly aligned. So, here you go!
This small oval shape also makes a wonderfully nice frame!

(12) Moon Beams from Crazy Quilting for Fun

(13) Be Bold from Hudson’s Holidays These lil pillows are very fast to whip up…so lets get started.

(14) Ice Cream Cone from Shawkl  The flavors of choice were chocolate, pistachio, and strawberry (dark brown, light lime green, pink Perle cotton threads, size 8)

(15) Reach for the Stars from Hudson’s Holidays

(16) Four motifs from Broderie d’Antan

(17) 4 Seasons Freestyle from So September

(18) Five Petal Monogram – C from Shawkl
