Free Lily Flowers Embroidery Design Review

May 22, 2026 by Shellie Wilson Leave a Comment

If you like floral machine embroidery that feels bright and a little bit fancy without being too over-the-top, this free Lily Flowers embroidery design from Ann The Gran is a lovely one. It’s by Fable Kreations, comes in one size at 6.28″ x 9.21″, and has a stitch count of 11,970, so it feels like a nice in-between design — detailed enough to look impressive, but not gigantic.

What caught my eye straight away is the colour and shape. It has that bold floral look that would work really nicely on a tote bag, cushion front, or even as a feature panel on a jacket if you like your embroidery to actually be noticed. Sometimes floral designs can all blur into one another, but this one has a bit more personality to it. That’s my read based on the listing image and layout.

It’s also handy that the design is available in a wide range of machine formats, including DST, EXP, HUS, PCS, PES, SEW, VIP, VP3, and XXX, which makes it useful for a lot of stitchers. Ann The Gran lists it as a free machine embroidery design, so it’s definitely one worth saving if you like building up a stash of free floral files.

For me, this one feels best for projects where you want the flower to be the star. It’s not a tiny little accent design. It has more of a “pop me on the front and let me do all the work” kind of energy, and honestly, I do appreciate a design that doesn’t need much help from the rest of the project.
