Ever wonder why Christmas is so red? is It’s because of redwork embroidery? It is in our home. Christmas is when all my redwork comes out onto display.

Redwork, sometimes called “Christmas work,” is a centuries-old tradition that brings tradition to the holiday season.

Redwork is the art of working with threads of simple red to create beautiful embroidery designs. The designs can be anything you want them to be – from Christmas trees to snowmen to reindeer – and can be used for any occasion.

Whether you’re looking for a unique way to celebrate Christmas or just want to add a little bit of red to your decor, redwork is the perfect choice. So grab some thread, get creative, and make some beautiful redwork embroidery this holiday season!
