Free Punch Needle Candy Cane Ornament Pattern

September 23, 2020 by Claudia Porter Leave a Comment

Where punch needle Christmas ornaments are concerned, this candy cane heart from Kreinik ranks up there with some of the prettiest.  It has so many interesting details, like the glass bead holly berries, that make it stand out.  The way the candy canes come together to form a heart works perfectly and is so representative of the Christmas season.  Do you know that over 1.75 billion candy canes are sold each year?!  That is a lot of candy canes.

The pattern is quite detailed, but don’t worry, the designer provides a list all of the supplies that you will need to have to make the project.  The pattern also describes all of the steps in detail, and gives a few helpful hints along the way.

Measuring 3.25″ x 3″, it is a small project that would look lovely hanging on any Christmas tree.  Not only that but, sometimes it’s nice to add a little something to a Christmas gift and this ornament would make a nice gift topper.

You can find the free tutorial and downloadable pattern for this punch needle ornament here:  Candy Cane Heart Punch Needle.

If you prefer, you can write to them and request a printed version of the pattern.
