Global Warming Hand Embroidery Tutorial

June 24, 2022 by Claudia Porter Leave a Comment

For a sobering look at worldwide temperature changes throughout the years, take a look at this hand embroidered work by Sarah’s Hand Embroidery Tutorials.  All I can say is wow!

Her design is a beautiful way to display an unsettling change in our world.  The entire process is documented in her article, including her choice of threads and stitch.

I have to wonder what the years look like after the ones on here.  I’m guessing they stay in the reds which is quite sad.

This design is a good reminder to all artists and crafters that their work can be used for all sorts of purposes.
