Have you tried River Silks?

Reader Roberta Allen sent us this glowing recommendation for River Silks Ribbon:

This is the best silk ribbon for embroidery and needlework I’ve found. Not only are the colors beautiful, but the ribbon is extremely durable. I can thread it through my machine and sew with it, use it in silk ribbon embroidery and even needlework. It is the best. Though they only offer the collections in 4m I’ve been able to order 7m and 13m for flowers.
