How to make wood-grain fabric

I love doe-c-doe‘s new needleart rendition of a wood-paneled station wagon, and I double-love how she made it work. She says,

I created the wood paneling by scanning a piece of wood-grain contact paper then manipulated it in photoshop to make the scale & perspective work for the image, then printed it out on avery printable fabric. vroom vroom!
