Be brave. Incorporate beading into your hand embroidery. The results are spectacular.
Take a look at the work of bead artist Robin Atkins and you’ll see what I mean. The bead-journal experiments posted on her blog make me want to call in sick to my day job and pile up on the couch with a box of beads and a bit of hooped fabric.
