Inspiration: Ruth Rae

Ruth Rae is participating in Tag Tuesday this year. She says, ” I thought that it would be good to help me open up and make something just because.” The first week’s challenge theme was snow, and Ruth responded with a mixed-media tag that leaves me breathless.
