Inspiration: SharonB

This is one of my favorite bands ever from SharonB‘s For the Love of Stitching band sampler. I claim to be modern and I love the edgy needlework I see popping up all over the blogosphere. But I’m also a closet floral lover; so of course this band thrills me with its SRE roses and lazy daisies and French knots and buttonhole wheels and seed beads and little cast-on-stitch fantasy blooms. The abundance makes my heart beat faster — the diversity of color and stitch captured in a small space where I can study them adoringly. *sigh* Thank you, SharonB. Eye candy, indeed.
