The hoop framing this embroidery is 4 inches in diameter! Think how tiny the stitches must be in this intricate design. Glenda of Wren and Stitchy created this work for a swap from an Urban Threads pattern. The French knots — white inside the design, blue outlining the heart — make my heart flutter. Absolutely beautiful and such wonderful needlework. I am proud to say the artist is my one and only daughter!! She is very modest about her work and puts so much love and thought in every stitch.
