I am sure at some point we have thought that our craft may be more than a hobby but an addiction. But this news story really puts “crafting is like a drug” to a whole new level. Oxycodone pills concealed in cross stitch patterns were seized last week at Edmonton International Airport. .
The drugs were inside a package with five cross stitch patterns.
Each pattern had 55 pills inside. Police and border officials seized 275 pills in total. .
A 39-year-old man was arrested. But the real question is whether or not he was intending to actually do the cross stitch kits? Maybe he should take them to jail in case he gets bored. Full article here.
