If you like learning about laces and their origin and history and you have an iphone, then you are really going to be interested in this app. Jean and David Leader created and released what is apparently the first lace iPhone app of its kind and it is called “Lace”. The app provides a quick reference for 60 individual styles of lace. It includes the features of each type, the region of origin and historic era. Most of the lace images are from the collection of the British Lace Guild. An iPad version is also planned. Learn more.
