Ever wanted to learn to needlepoint? This new beginner’s needlepoint class and kit was created by The Comfy Cottage with the help of designer and teacher, Beth Gantz. Geared towards those that are new to the wonderful art of needlepoint, Beth will teach you how to stitch a cute monogrammed canvas that would make a fun little pillow or wall-hanging. The class itself is free, and can be found on YouTube. It’s a great way to learn the following 5 beginner needlepoint stitches:

  • The Basket Weave Stitch

  • Skip Tent Stitch

  • The Brick Stitch

  • The Rhodes Stitch

  • The Double T

If you want to stitch along with the video you can order the companion kit at The Comfy Cottage’s site. You can also get a 10% off coupon to use on the the kit by signing up for their newsletter, and they have free shipping on orders of $30 or more too, so it’ll cost nothing to get it to you.
