You might already love the work of Marisa Hopkins, aka Elegant Snobbery and Elegant Bloggery. Her online adventures as a working artist/mom of preschoolers make good coffee-time reading for me every day. And her bright, sweet, clever illustrations not only warm my heart but also adorn the homes of at least two of my friends. Needleworkers who aren’t already fans soon will be: Marisa has teamed up with her mother, lindylou, to produce some Elegant Snobbery designs as hand-embroidery patterns. I mean, really. Does it get any cuter than this? You can order the first two designs from lindylou’s Etsy shop. Or if you like, let her do the stitching for you and get a pillow cover right away. Marisa says lots more designs are coming, so keep an eye on Elegant Snobbery and lindylou!
