Even Betz White gets rejected now and then. We can’t know why her series of tissue-box designs wasn’t accepted with gratitude (and compensated handsomely). But I’m so glad we get to enjoy the work she created through her blog. Her felt-applique and embroidery scenes certainly evoke the joy of the Christmas season. And knowing that even someone with Betz’s talents gets turned down once in a while somehow makes it easier for the rest of us to keep trying. Thank you, Betz.
