Sloth Hand Embroidery Design – Free Pattern

August 1, 2021 by Claudia Porter Leave a Comment

Sloths are about as cute as they can be, and this adorable design by Cutesy Crafts for the Polka Dot Chair website captures them perfectly.  One look at this sweet sloth hanging from a tree and you’ll be making your own embroidery canvas in no time.

The pattern is available via download and there is a detailed list of all of the supplies you are going to need to make this guy.  The list even includes all of the colors of embroidery floss.  That is ideal for this design.  Standard stitches, including the lazy daisy, french knots, the stem stitch, and the wagon wheel are used.

Still looking for more patterns? Check these flower embroidery patterns out on Etsy  and these designs over on the DMC blog.

I particularly like the pretty pink flowers that add a lovely pop of color to the canvas.  The colors of the sloth are right on point too.  Best of all, this little guy has a smile on his face.

As an added bonus there are links to a couple of other free hand embroidery patterns by Cutesy Crafts.  That unicorn is adorable!
