What’s special about this heart pendant is that you can actually personalize it by cross stitching your own message on it (needle, red embroidery thread, and a diagram are included). The pendant measures about 2.5” wide and is tied to a combination of 2 antique brass chain measuring 24” in length that will fit easily around your neck. The pendant is laser cut out of Alder wood, making it superlight and intricate, but also hand sanded to give a nice smooth feel.
Brilliant! When MrXStitch pointed to this find, I dashed right over to check it out. The price of US$ 27.00 is quite fair, considering the materials and the work involved. But if you’re too broke to order this beautiful version, let your mind play around with the idea of making materials (such as old credit cards) stitchable by punching them with a grid of small holes.
