Tutorial: Angelina flowers

I love it when Allison Ann Aller shares secrets on her Allie’s in Stitches blog. I love that she’s so remarkably adept and that, nevertheless, she takes short cuts sometimes, like the rest of us real-world crafters.

This time, she steps us through creating dimensional flowers from angelina fibers. Angelina is so sparkly, I’m sure the flowers are even more stunning in person than in this photo. I ordered some angelina a while back; but it’s so scarce around here, I’ve been afraid to use it – afraid I would ruin it. With Allie’s advice, I think I have the gumption to tackle it now.
