Wrestling with Henry Hedgehog

February 20, 2009 by Denise Felton 2 Comments

I’ve been snakebit. That’s what we call it in the American South when everything you try goes wrong.

On February 17, I posted links to 12 free hand-stitching patterns, including the adorable Henry Hedgehog designed by Gretchen of Chichiboulie blog. First, I got an e-mail from a reader (Sorry…I didn’t keep track of the source of the e-mail), letting me know the link to Henry was incorrect – I’d accidentally linked him to Carol Leather’s celtic bookmark. How embarrassing! I hurried to correct the link on CraftGossip, even though I knew it was too late to keep the bad link from hitting the feeds. All fixed, right? Wrong. Today, I got a gentle comment from Patty of Pip Stitch letting me know the new link is wrong, too. See what I mean? Snakebit.

Gretchen’s precious design deserves lots and lots of traffic, and I’m so sorry that I bungled it. Here is Henry again. And here is *holding my breath and crossing my fingers* the correct link. Please go give Henry some love!
