We may not have a source of used animalitos and worry dolls, as Erin does, but any small doll or charm would work as the focal. Check out the tute.

P.S. I wanted to mention that huipiles are actually the traditional hand-woven blouses worn by indigenous Guatemalan women; they are not charms and do not appear in these ornaments 🙂
