July 23, 2022 by Claudia Porter Leave a Comment

Wow, the holiday season is almost here and it’s time to start thinking about those special touches that make it so special. One of my favorite things to do during this time is to create special stockings for my friends and family. I just love seeing their faces light up when they see the beautiful, handmade stocking that I’ve created just for them.

And, let me tell you, there are some amazing needlepoint designs and kits available over on Amazon. They have everything from classic and traditional designs to more modern and trendy patterns. The options are truly endless and I just can’t get enough of them!

Did you know that needlepoint has a rich history that dates back to the 17th century? It’s true! The popularity of upholstered furniture with embroidered textiles led to the invention of canvas as the base for embroidery. And now, we have so many amazing designs and options to choose from. It’s truly amazing how far we’ve come.

I highly recommend checking out these needlepoint designs and kits. They make the perfect gift for any of your friends or family who love to stitch or for those who are just starting out and looking to try something new. Trust me, they won’t be disappointed! I just know that you’ll find the perfect stocking design that will make your holiday season extra special.

I always enjoy making Christmas ornaments for my family. It’s such a fun tradition and I love seeing everyone’s reactions when they open their presents. This year, I decided to embroider a tree ornament for every one of my new family members. I was so excited to get started…

Unfortunately, I didn’t finish on time. Now I’m feeling really regretful. I wish I had more time to finish the ornaments, I should have started earlier. I think my family would really appreciate them if I did. I guess I’ll just have to make them next year.

You can find plenty of other stocking kits at Amazon here.
