I really do think that all people who do needlework share a common thread. Whether we design our own art, or follow a pattern, love modern images or vintage classics, we are connected by the love to create. Susan at Plays with Needles and her very talented Embroidery Guild feel the same way. They created this very clever installation, A Common Thread. Each piece is individual yet they are all tied together by one common thread. It is stunning and brilliant. I love the secret message that is revealed when all the “puzzle” pieces are put together.
