Free Encouragement Hand Embroidery Pattern

April 8, 2021 by Claudia Porter Leave a Comment

We all need a little encouragement from time to time, and this sweet and inspirational hand embroidery pattern from Flamingo Toes is nice reminder.

None of us wake up to be mediocre and that includes this beautiful design.  With the lettering in the center and flowers surrounding it, this project will make you smile.

It is not for an absolute beginner, but with all of the instructional photos and detailed explanations, you should be able to do the design if you have a bit of experience.  You will need to know a variety of hand embroidery stitches including: back stitches, staggered back stitches, lazy daisy stitches, satin stitches, and the woven wheel.

Don’t worry though, if you are not familiar with one of the stitches, there are links to tutorials.

In the tutorial you will find a downloadable pdf pattern and a list of all of the supplies you will need to make this 10″ round canvas.

Bring a little encouragement into someone’s life and make this pretty project.
