Free Lucky Shamrock Hand Embroidery Pattern

February 15, 2021 by Claudia Porter Leave a Comment

Sometimes less is more, and that is definitely the case with this free four leaf clover hand embroidery pattern from Bees Knees Industries.  Perfect for Saint Patrick’s Day, or just to give someone a little bit of extra luck for a special occasion, this is an easy design.

The free pdf pattern includes the pattern and stitch instructions for the shamrock.  It also includes incredibly detailed instructions for transferring a pattern to a canvas and a brief tutorial of the author’s favorite stitches.  To get the identical look, there is also a list of the floss that the designer used.

This is a simple project and you will need to know three basic stitches.  They include the stem stitch, running stitch, and the satin stitch.

When I graduated high school, a good friend of the family gave me a four leaf clover decoration which I kept it for many many years.  Why not send a little bit of luck to your friends and sew up some of these charming four leaf clovers for them.
