Unicorn cuteness alert! I think we all know someone who loves unicorns, and if want to make them something special, then check out this magnet design from Strings Away!. It’s adorable and it is easy to make.
You will need standard plastic canvas making supplies to make this cutie. They include 7 count plastic canvas, yarn, and a #16 plastic canvas needle. You will also need magnetic tape and a hot glue gun to turn it into a magnet.
There is a jpg stitch chart which shows you the layout. The chart even has the exact six colors that the designer uses to make her unicorn.
I particularly like the swirls in the unicorn’s mane. They add such nice touch and really give the magnet design some movement.
While the blog post does not indicate how large the magnet is, I am guessing it is about two to three inches in diameter.
Make any unicorn fan’s day and give them this pretty magnet.
