It is a given that us girls should spend at least 1/2 an hour doing this EVERY day!! it is a vitamin for the soul.
Agree wholeheartedly. IT is this quiet time to stitch and get in touch with your “center.” Need that every day with the way things are in the world this gets me back in touch with days ago and some things that we long for again.
