The CQ Journal Project 2012 is bringing so much talent and workmanship into the light, I can’t possibly blog all the wonderfulness. But every once in a while, someone posts a crazy-quilted block that is so unusual, I have to share. This block by Janie J of Alabama, USA, is a perfect example. What arrested me were the soft-sculpture stones around the little pond. Then the birdhouse! Whoa, the tree! The flowers! Check out the fabrics! Thank you, Janie J, for filling my eyes with joy today.
