I did this for a Canadian Swap on Craftster and thought it was most fitting. I must say that there are some discrepancies in my Baffin Islands and some places were literally three stitches ( PEI) but it was a lot of fun.

This is such a neat idea and I love all the detailing of the little islands, i’m not too good at embroidery however – totally need to work on that! Although it’s really inspired me to try and do one of America, or at least Michigan!
