Jafagirl spotted some metal mesh panels that someone was throwing out and rescued them, recognizing them as a perforated surface that begged to be embroidered. I especially like that her “stencil embroidery” combines straight stitch and wonky cross-stitch to produce a much more textural work than conventional cross-stitch. Awesome awesome work.
